Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Recruiter in CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio. This role is primarily within the Manufacturing industry and requires a range of skills including full cycle recruiting, applicant screening, and phone interviews. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing hiring processes, scheduling appointments, and conducting interviews while maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities: Accurately process and manage hiring processes Conduct interviews and screen applicants effectively Maintain detailed records of applicants and hiring processes Manage scheduling of appointments and interviews using calendar management tools Utilize Applicant Track System for efficient recruitment processes Conduct thorough background checks as part of the recruitment process Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting Communicate effectively with potential hires and address inquiries professionally Monitor and manage full cycle recruiting processes. Requirements Proven experience in Human Resources, specifically in the role of a recruiter. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Ability to conduct comprehensive background checks in accordance with company policies and procedures. Solid understanding and experience with hiring processes in the manufacturing industry. Demonstrated experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Ability to conduct interviews in a professional and unbiased manner. Excellent scheduling and calendar management skills to coordinate interviews and other recruitment-related meetings. Experience with Applicant Track Systems for streamlined recruitment processes. Proficiency in applicant screening to ensure the best candidates are selected for further consideration. Ability to conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability before in-person interviews.
