Capitol Express is a business to business delivery service. Meaning we pick up anything from an envelope to a crate or skid of freight and deliver it locally, in Ohio or across the country. Our deliveries are on demand, meaning when the customer calls their shipment is needing to move immediately. We need Cars, Mini and Cargo Vans, Pickup Trucks, with caps to run locally or over the road for NIGHT SHIFT. Work originates in Columbus Ohio. Drivers must be physically fit able to lift 70 lbs. Drivers must own/operate their own Vehicle. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the outerbelt (I-270) Capitol pays Fuel Surcharge on every run. Candidates must have a reasonable driving record. Night Shift Drivers are on call. You call to let us know you're ready. There is work every night with breaks between jobs.
We have a high number of drive out Hot Shots driving up to 500 miles.
Insurance requirements are lines of liability
$100,000/ $300,00/ $50,000 this is per person/ per incident/ property damage
We carry the cargo Insurance
Night Shift is 7:00 pm to 7:00 am On Call
