You need a printer or access
Valid Driver license and social or tax ID
Experienced maintenance worker:
Electric, plumbing, sinks , tubs, drywall, painting, windows, doors, lights, etc
We maintenance apartments and houses, and need 1 person who is experienced
You need a printer to print off work orders and a smart phone to send before and after pics
Must be able to work independently and efficiently and have a van or tuck and tools and ladder and liability insurance
Work week is Monday through Sat and we work all over Columbus
Pay depends on experience up to $27/hr
