Responsibilities include opening and closing shop, overseeing daily operations while managing a team of technicians.
The Manager will be responsible sales, scheduling technicians' work, ordering parts, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs while exceeding customer expectations, the safety of personnel, and housekeeping
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities, with strong professional image.
The ideal candidate should have 5 or more years in the auto repair industry with good mechanical aptitude.
Experience with national accounts fleets and insurance companies is necessary.
Must be physically fit honest and dependable with a clean driving record.
Computer and customer service skills are necessary.
This is a keyholder position and requires a clean background.
Experience is a plus former technicians are encouraged to apply.
