PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning, including vacuuming common areas, cleaning bathrooms, toilets, break room, emptying trash, dusting, windows on front doors and cleaning of baseboards as needed.
Must maintain high standards for cleanliness.
Maintenance/cleanliness of water feature
Meet and greet clients throughout the corridors and at the front of the house as they come in.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to printing and distribution of memos and managing renter files.
Report site problems and maintenance issues to the Director of Operations.
Coordinate and oversee any outside vendors or subcontractors that are needed for site services and/or repair.
Help maintain proper managing of laundry machines.
Give suite site tours as needed when vacancy happens and maintain an “on-call’ list of prospects as the become available.
Notify or follow-up on any delinquent rent payments.
Communicate efficiently with back-off accounting around new tenants and any rent issues with salon professionals.
Putting together monthly cleaning/operations supply order.
Communicate new tenant information with DO and Back Office staff.
WORK CONTACTS
Daily in-person interaction with renters and their customer will be standard.
Communication with Director of Operations around any issues at site including, but not limited to maintenance issues, delinquent rent issues, problems with vendors, etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing for long periods of time
Ability to occasionally lift to 35 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop and reach to clean high and low areas of salon.
Schedule
20-30 hours a week, day shift, NO EVENINGS
