We're seeking motivated and enthusiastic young adults who are passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a positive impact in their communities. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling solar panel systems door-to-door, educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, and providing personalized solutions to meet their energy needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners within designated neighborhoods.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and the cost-saving advantages of installing solar panel systems.
Customize solar energy solutions based on the specific needs and preferences of each homeowner.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to schedule consultations and close sales.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing Bright Energy Solutions in the community.
Qualifications:
Must be a young adult aged 18-30 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door in various weather conditions.
Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.
Must have reliable transportation.
