Role Overview:

We’re looking for a vibrant Contact Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments with homeowners, and provide top-notch customer service. You will be the voice of our company, responsible for overcoming objections and creating an enthusiastic, positive impression—every single time.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

Book appointments with homeowners for our sales team.
