We are looking to hire a broker of record for Ohio to be in compliance with Ohio regulations. We will be hiring 5-10 experiened commercial agents throughout Ohio to complete transactions primarily on the sell side. Agents will generate their own business and we will also give agents leads and listings based upon our capital gains tax strategy.
This opportunity is probably more suited for semi retired or someone who is not currently active. In Ohio, a managing broker can only be affiliated with one company, so if interested your brokers license would have to be transferred under our corporation. You would be able to be as active or passive as you want and continue to do deals, but they would have to be under our corporation.
