The successful candidate must have: a proven record of successful leasing, excellent communication skills, bubbly personality, organized, fast learner, detail oriented, tech saavy, and enjoys challenge.
Job duties include but not limited to the following: Leasing apartments, responsible for all administrative tasks in the office, greet all visitors , handle tenant requests and complaints. Knowledge of appfolio a plus. Growth opportunities available.
