GoAhead Solutions has an immediate need for an ITOM Architect(ServiceNow Architect) in Columbus, OH. This would be a Six to twelve month contract to start out with extension. Interviews will be conducted through phone and video conference. Work will start remote until Covid-19 has been cleared for employees to work onsite in Columbus, OH. Job Description:The IT Operation Management (ITOM) team is building an enterprise-level service operations, management and mapping solution using the ServiceNow product. We are actively seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team. Among the applications we are responsible for: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Analytics. Responsibilities:As the ITOM Architect, you will be expected to contribute to project and solution delivery including:- Drive ITOM technical vision and strategy.- Lead architecture and design for ITOM components.- Perform Application and Workflow Configuration.- Develop requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for; data integrations bug fixes and enhancements reports and analytics- Interface with service areas and operations teams.- Prepare for upcoming product releases.- Champion ITOM best practices throughout the enterprise. REQUIRED ServiceNow Experience:-System Administration including Architecture and Integration.-ITOM Implementation (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).-Application Development (Design, Scripting and Development).-Configuration Management Application expertise.-Database design schemas and data modeling NICE-TO-HAVE Experience: -ITIL v4-Infrastructure Monitoring tools-Application Monitoring tools Required: -ship require-Must pass Background check and Drug test requirements-Job Location on site in Columbus, Ohio
