We are a small, very well established Columbus based residential landscape maintenance company in business for over 20 years. We currently serve approximately 300 ongoing clients, mostly in the Upper Arlington area.
Our 2 primary goals are to serve our customers very well (better than our competitors) and to provide the best possible employment and advancement opportunities for our employees.
We are looking for mature, high quality, high performing individuals with the desire to grow and advance. Previous experience in the landscape industry is not a requirement.
Compensation:
Landscape Maintenance Work: $18 - $28 hr.
Snow removal: $30 - $40 hr.

Basic minimum requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must have a valid driver's license and good insurable driving record.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be in good physical condition and able to lift 50 lbs.
Must have a professional attitude and appearance.
Must be mature, reliable and trustworthy.
