A Housekeeper/Cleaner is responsible for ALL basic cleaning in and around the community or office buildings. This can entail dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, spiffing ready units and cleaning smudges off windows and doors. Ensuring restrooms are cleaned, sanitized and restocked is another responsibility of a Housekeeper/Cleaner. Essential duties include but are not limited to:
-The ability to work on your own
-Customer Service skills
-To be thorough and pay attention to detail
-Knowledge of public safety and security
-Physical fitness and endurance
-The ability to organize your time and workload
