The Role:
As a Skilled Laborer, you will be instrumental in the execution of our projects, primarily conducted outdoors. The role is physically demanding and requires robust physical health and endurance.
Responsibilities:
Actively assist in the installation of windows, doors, and other exterior and interior projects, learning from seasoned professionals.
Engage in substantial physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, operating construction tools, and preparing and clearing job sites.
Take the initiative to find ways to contribute to project efficiency and team effectiveness without waiting for direction.
Adhere to industry-standard practices and maintain strict safety standards on all job sites.
Keep work areas organized and clean, managing tools and materials to support team efficiency.
Approach every day with a readiness to learn and a proactive attitude, aimed at personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
Some prior experience in construction or a related field, with a foundational understanding of power tools and construction practices.
Demonstrable ability to take initiative and a proactive approach in a team setting.
High physical fitness, capable of heavy lifting, extensive standing, and maneuvering in various weather conditions as all work is performed outdoors.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to receive and act on feedback constructively.
A positive, can-do attitude, with a readiness to contribute to team efforts in any possible way.
Valid driver's license is required.
