Position Overview:
We are looking for hardworking and dependable crew members to join our team for asphalt and concrete work. Prior experience in the relevant field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving, sealcoating, concrete pouring, and other site preparation tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment.
- Load and unload materials and tools at job sites.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Prior experience in construction or paving is a plus but not required.
