Our fast-growing, award-winning company is hiring an innovative HR Coordinator who wants to play a key role in our people-driven organization. We are looking for someone who is creative and energetic and truly appreciates the type of hard-working women and men who see it as their vocation to care for older adults. We want an HR professional who is good at recruiting, has good instincts for hiring and likes the "softer" side of HR, such as corporate culture and employee evaluation and development.
As HR Coordinator, this person serves as the "chief salesperson" for Caregivers in our community by helping to create a work atmosphere that attracts professionals in our field then handles all the steps required for bringing qualified new employees on board. This position requires someone with an upbeat demeanor who displays respect, patience, and a desire to help whenever and wherever needed. This position, which reports to our General Manager, also serves as a back-up to our lead scheduler and requires some paid weekend on-call phone duties.
Someone with at least 2 years of experience in HR will find this to be both challenging and rewarding.
