Job Requirements include:
21+
ServSafe Certified or willingness to become certified
Previous restaurant experience required
Some wine knowledge + willingness to learn more
Previous experience with POS systems
Ability to handle and count back cash
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
MUST be a team player
MUST be willing to adapt to the ever changing needs of a multi-faceted business
Job Responsibilities include:
Providing incredibly friendly service to guests in person and on the phone
Serving and preparing food and drinks
Subsequent cleaning/dishes following service & preparation of food and drinks
Moving and putting away wine weighing up to 40lbs
Carrying items to/from a downstairs kitchen from/to the main floor
