Our adventure began back in 2012 in Grandview, Ohio, fueled by a great idea, a dedicated staff, and a lot of hard work. Since then, we have expanded our presence to over 20 locations across Ohio and Florida as part of the Orange Umbrella Restaurant Group. As an Assistant General Restaurant Manager, you will lead your team and uphold our core values of teamwork, excellence, and compassion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and promotion our company culture and policies.
Overseeing all bar and front of house stations.
Ensuring timely production and delivery of food and beverages while also enforcing food safety.
Engaging with customers and employees professionally.
Collaborating with other managers to maintain staffing levels, training programs, cost control, and property upkeep.
To be eligible for this role, we require:
At least 21 years of age
A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a full-service restaurant with a bar.
A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Basic computer skills with Microsoft and Office Suite.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
The ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Person in Charge Safety Certification (preferred).
