Experience
-Running shifts
-Working with a budget and hitting targets
-P+L understanding
-Strong knowledge in Wine+Beer+Spirits
-In charge of costs and labor
-Experience writing a schedule
-Ordering experience
-Toast experience is a plus
-Leadership experience
