Seeking high energy bartender: Are you one?
Tippers, a local sports bar near Sawmill and 161, positioned perfectly between Dublin and Worthington just minutes from Bridge Park. We have a full liquor bar plus 13 taps and a fun atmosphere featuring 20 tv’s, a jukebox, a pool table, dart boards, pinball, Keno, pull tabs and we have live entertainment multiple nights a week. Other than showcasing every live sporting event available, the live entertainment includes a live DJ on Fridays, open mic comedy on Wednesdays and the occasional karaoke, trivia and even speed dating from time to time. We will be adding dart leagues, pool leagues and maybe even euchre night in the near future.
We are looking for a dynamic personality for a bartending position who is fun-loving, upbeat, a team player and has a focus on providing great customer service! We believe the qualities that make a good bartender are punctuality/reliability to their coworkers/manager coupled with a positive attitude, good sense of humor and the willingness to go the extra mile to make the customers experience a positive one every time. You should be able to effortlessly multitask while serving drinks, clearing drinks, cleaning glassware, wiping down surfaces, restock, opening/closing tabs, etc. while still being able to smile and positively engage the customers. Our management team is dynamic and friendly with a passion for providing a fun atmosphere for the customer and a great place to work.

To qualify, you must:
Have a fun personality
Be punctual
Be respectful to your coworkers and the management team
Engage the customer
Be willing to work day time shifts or night time shifts depending on what the management team may need at that given time.
We would prefer that you have some bartending experience but personality and reliability are most important to us.
