Play a key role in streamlining our technology vendor evaluation/selection process, leading the selected technology through certification and the permission to deploy process. Build partnerships with technology and business groups across the firm. You'll also work with other high-performing program managers who share your passion for selecting best in class technologies and deploy with excellence. You will partner with Finance, business, and technology to deliver effectively across all lines of business, leveraging data and metrics to assess product performance against business objectives.As a Strategy & Deployments Product Manager in Branch Workplace Technology you will be responsible for a high level of interaction with impacted stakeholders and a candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to collaborate with technical counterparts at all levels. Analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented, curious in nature and comfortable challenging current practices are key characteristics. You should have hands-on experience in assessing the capabilities of suppliers, analyzing their processes and controls, as well as in-house technology requirements, influencing supplier and vendor roadmaps to align to Branch Workplace Technology strategy, and authoring clear and concise recommendations.this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorshipJob Responsibilities

Create clear and concise product recommendations in a standard product strategy template as well as PowerPoint, to include relevant background, problem statement, product & technical requirements, supporting analytics, critical success factors, objectives & key results, and ultimately recommending implementation timelines.

Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to understand dependencies, and handoffs.

Facilitate the selection and vetting of qualified suppliers based on branch technology strategy, refresh schedules and business requirements.

Conduct wider team reviews of the service providers, including sourcing the required information from the business, analyzing, and interpreting of the data to identify areas of concern.

Work with relevant functions to ensure all sourcing governance requirements are being met

Drive the delivery of major technology changes across our branches, spanning hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions in partnership with various teams across the firm

Own and drive a portfolio of technology programs impacting our branches

Effectively drive teams toward a robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle

Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across the Business, Technology, Design, and Data & Analytics functions

Manage incidents and problems related to deployments; identify trends and partner with product and technical teams for resolution

Consolidation of technology feedback into actionable roadmaps

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

7 years of product or program management, technology delivery, or related experience

Strong understanding of technology - specifically hardware, networking, infrastructure aspects - and how it can be used to improve the user experience.

Good understanding of Consumer Banking concepts and related technologies

Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality, data-driven presentations and/or reporting for audiences of varying levels of seniority.

In depth experience with partner management, budget management, risk management and operations

Extensive experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities.

Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations - with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions, sometimes without formal authority

Excellent leadership skills - of programs, projects, teams, and employees - with demonstrated track record for attracting and retaining top talent.

Effective communicator and excellent presenter who is able to flex between strategic and tactical items for varying audiences

Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior business audiences with poise and confidence.

Innovative and creative thinker, who can generate new ideas and demonstrate thoughtful but data-driven rationale in decision making.

Ability to think strategically, connect the dots to the bigger picture, and identify optimal ways to grow the business

Working knowledge of Agile principals, and Jira are extremely desirable and/or commitment to learn.
