The Trips and Events Manager is a critical role, providing crucial support to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership team. Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, Office of the CEO, the Trips and Events Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and provide leadership in the execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives on behalf of the CEO. This includes managing logistics, including international travel, ensuring effective, efficient “executive office” management, and building a high performing team. The company, and the CEO, move quickly, so this person will effectively anticipate, and stay steps ahead of them in execution, and ensuring smooth follow through on initiatives big and small. While not an administrative job, this person must be comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity, pitching in on a wide range of tasks as needed. Importantly, this individual will be a learner and team-builder, effectively operate in a “lightning speed” fast-paced environment and lead with a strong sense of responsibility and personal accountability.The Trips and Events Manager will:

Drive E2E CEO Experience: Align with stakeholders for events strategy to ensure teams and resources are equipped with right documentation and tools

Alignment of team throughout the planning process: Lead Kick-off Meetings and Touchpoint Calls w/ Event Stakeholders

Provide latest summary view of itinerary for CEO, leadership team and GAP: Create and manage Trip Flow and Master Diary views

Ensures seamless execution of CEO event: Cross-Team Coordination with internal and external partners: GAP, M+C , C+E, Coordinators, Event PM

Proactive issue and risk management: Raise risks throughout Event escalation processes; escalate issues raised by junior team members

Team Engagement and Growth: Provide updates to Event Leads team and coach junior resources

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years event management and trip planning experience
