Develop and coordinate training schedules
Assess training needs
Conduct employee surveys and interviews
Consult with other trainers, managers and leadership
Track and compile collected data
Support the conceptualization and development of training materials
Communicate training needs and online resources as appropriate
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Review, test, and provide feedback on training materials
Provide accurate and timely training reports
Facilitate employee training and onboarding using approved materials
Document employee performance and outcomes of training
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
Travel as needed
Maintain training facilities including daily cleaning and setup
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must have 5-7 years field industry experience of installation of structured cabling – preferably fiber.
Telecommunication Industry Certifications, preferable BICSI.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Professional appearance and demeanor
