This position is responsible for preparing event settlements, create and maintain financial spreadsheets, and assist in preparation of financial reports.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare weekly bank reconciliations.

Reconcile parking cash & prepare deposits.

Process daily check deposits.

Create and maintain reports using Excel, Solomon, Ungerboeck and Management Reporter

Assist in the preparation of monthly forecast, yearly budget, and annual audit.

Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements which includes preparing and entering journal entries.

Perform monthly reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts.

Back up to Accounts Payable/Purchasing Coordinator.

Must have the ability to interact with guests in a friendly, courteous, and polite manner. This includes initiating contact with guests within 10 feet – i.e., smiling, saying “Good Day’, or aiding when needed.

Must feel comfortable with large groups or speaking to a guest.

Understands the importance of providing customer service and in understanding of “The Magic is in the details.”

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university is required.Minimum of two (2) years prior work experience relative to position preferred.Skills and Abilities Thorough knowledge of accepted financial and cost accounting. Excellent math skills and attention to detail are required. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Must have strong people skills, a cheerful outlook and work well as a team member. This position requires the ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients. Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers, customers, vendors, and visitors to the facility. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Prior experience with Solomon or Ungerboeck a plus.
