- Responsible for installation and configuration of SQL server 2012/2014/2016/2017 and applying service packs on Production/Development/Staging Servers. Creation and maintenance of Databases, creating Roles and managing user permissions.
- Implement database standards and naming convention for the database objects, also creating DB standard jobs like Backup jobs.
- Should have Experience in High Availability techniques like Log shipping, Mirroring, Replication, Clustering and Always on Should have .

- Should have Experience in High Availability techniques like Log shipping, Mirroring, Replication, Clustering and Always on Should have exposure in MS SQL Server Migrations from 2008R2, 2012 to MS SQL server 2014 and 2016.
- Should have experience in implementing SQL Server security and Object permissions like maintaining Database authentication modes, creation of users, configuring permissions and assigning roles to users. Handling deadlock, blocking situations and Index Fragmentation.
- Should have experience in query optimization & performance tuning. Used SQL Profiler, Execution Plan, Performance Monitor and DBCC Commands.
- Should have experience in upgrading SQL Server from lower version to higher versions.
- Should have good experience with indexes, creating File groups using SQL Server 2008R2/2012/2014.
- Should haved experience with implementing DR solution, High Availability of database servers using Database mirroring replications, cluster and Always on High Availability and Log Shipping.
- Create maintenance plans to perform index de-fragmentation, re-indexing and update the index statistics.
- hould have Experience in creating Jobs, Alerts, SQL Mail Agent and scheduling DTS and SSIS Packages.
- Should have Experience in implementing different types of Replication Models like Snapshot, Merge and Transactional on basis of business specification. Should have experience in performing integrity checks. Methods include configuring the database maintenance plan wizard and DBCC utilities.
