Description We are providing an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Columbus, Ohio, 43219-6010, United States. The role primarily involves providing technical assistance, resolving computer system issues, and delivering prompt customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including responding to queries, troubleshooting problem areas, and providing end-user assistance.Responsibilities: Provide outstanding service and build relationships with colleagues every day. Resolve complex customer problems using various resources, including computer screens and other reference materials. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, services, technology, and procedures. Compile documentation necessary for effectively fulfilling customer needs. Document all notes required in the appropriate systems to educate and prepare staff for success. Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved. Drive initiatives that improve the service desk. Partner with internal support groups in providing the best service to our colleagues. Use detail oriented verbal communication skills to handle and resolve customer inquiries. Troubleshoot problem areas in person, by telephone, or via email in a timely and accurate fashion. Use technical assistance skills to deliver prompt and accurate answers to our colleagues and the support team. Utilize skills in Customer Service, Documentation, Procedures, Microsoft, Materials Handling, Workstation Support, Internet, Troubleshoot, Call Center Customer Service, Networking, Financial Notes, Communication Skills, Queries, Microsoft Office Suites, Computer System, Computer Hardware, Service Desk, iOS, Technical Assistance, Android, Comptia A+, Network+, Resolve Complex, Intune. Requirements Proficiency in customer service and call center customer service Ability to prepare and maintain documentation Familiarity with procedures, Microsoft, and Microsoft Office Suites Experience in materials handling and workstation support Proficient in using the internet and troubleshooting related issues Knowledge of networking and financial notes Excellent communication skills Experience in handling queries and providing technical assistance Knowledge and understanding of computer systems and computer hardware Experience working in a service desk environment Proficiency in iOS and Android platforms Comptia A+ and Network+ certifications are desirable Ability to resolve complex issues Familiarity with Intune would be a plus.
