They are an integral partner to the Client Success Manager (CSM) and/or Client Care Advisor (CCA). They manage recurring projects, manage project plans (when needed), develop requirements, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).This team’s role is critical for MMIT to ensure product enhancements are operationalized into team workflows. The delivery team is the recognized product specialists and advisors.Responsibilities:

Coordinate internally, partnering with Client Success Managers, technical delivery team members, and other experts to review and confirm configuration options as well as timelines for each implementation.

Participate, continuously improve, and adhere to team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, SLA's, and escalation protocols.

Define business, design, and configuration requirements. Communicate requirements to Configuration and technical delivery teams and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of client solutions.

Plan and lead client implementations by managing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing obstacles to ensure timely completion of multiple projects/tasks

Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver MMIT products and ensure quality is maintained.

Learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment where MMIT is continuously enhancing our solutions to provide value for clients in today’s rapidly changing healthcare market.

Conduct UAT testing as required to ensure configuration project outcomes match intended client requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.

2-5 yrs. of professional experience.

Strong understanding of Pharma and Market access space.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Ability to create structure and organize work. Skilled at condensing details and identifying key takeaways and next steps.

Strong process improvement skills.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills, and ability to establish guidelines in these areas for others.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
