Recruiting Processes: Thorough understanding of recruiting processes and best practices to streamline hiring procedures.

Recruiting Sources: Familiarity with various recruiting sources including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks like LinkedIn.

Recruiting Strategies: Proven ability to develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to specific roles and industries.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Effective Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

LinkedIn: Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for candidate sourcing, networking, and employer branding.

LinkedIn Learning: Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning platform for continuous professional development in recruiting practices.

LinkedIn Recruiter: Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter tool for targeted candidate search and engagement.

Indeed: Familiarity with Indeed platform for job posting, candidate sourcing, and applicant tracking.

Recruitment - Sourcing: Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.

Conduct Interviews: Ability to conduct various types of interviews including phone interviews, preliminary interviews, and round interviews.

Intake Interviews: Skill in conducting intake interviews with hiring managers to gather job requirements and understand team dynamics.

Screen Interviews: Proficiency in screening candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

MS Office: Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
