Join our dynamic HR Change Management team as we lead the transition to a product-focused approach! You will collaborate closely with HR Product, Change, and Servicing teams, as well as cross-functional Feature teams, including HR Education, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Reporting, Quality Assurance, and Capacity Planning, to manage readiness activities related to change. To excel in this role, you should be dynamic, strategic, collaborative, and data driven. You must be adept at asking insightful questions, connecting the dots, and influencing others, all while delivering innovative ideas and executing tasks flawlessly.As an HR Change Management Readiness Associate within our Human Resources team, you will be instrumental in preparing our teams for impending changes, ensuring they can effectively fulfill their roles and deliver outstanding service to our customers. Your duties will encompass the thorough management of change and readiness procedures, including: Overseeing end to end readiness change requests, conducting stakeholder impact assessments, developing and executing communication strategies, organizing and facilitating stakeholder engagement forums, facilitating information sessions, analyzing data for supported projects.Job responsibilities

Collaborate with HR Product, Change, Operations, Servicing and Support teams to evaluate changes and understand their potential impacts.

Facilitate impact assessments for HR Servicing , Operations teams, and cross-functional teams.

Develop and deliver key messaging and communications across HR Servicing channels.

Establish and manage change timelines and deliverables, ensuring readiness confirmation and escalating any at-risk items.

Engage stakeholders at all levels and regions, from project teams to senior leaders, to gather feedback and finalize readiness activities and communication deliverables.

Identify and implement continuous improvements in processes, procedures, and communications, introducing fresh, creative, and engaging ideas and channel strategies.

Complete tasks in a controlled manner, setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience in internal change management, project management, or readiness roles.

Strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, time management, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be articulate, present well, and act as an ambassador for readiness activities.

Proven experience in collaborating and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams at all levels.

Ability to develop alternative and strategic solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Familiarity with financial services and/or HR products and processes is a plus.
