Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Columbus, OHDuration: Full-Time Employment Responsibilities:Partner with key leaders across Tech F&BM, CCB Finance, CCB Technology, Global Technology and other Tech LOBs and apply knowledge of industry leading practices and simplify processes and tools. Analysis including adopting appropriate approach/methods, facilitation techniques, pre-work, artifacts and deliverablesPartner with CCB finance & technology functions to identify new opportunities including process and/or value chain analysis, product/service catalog creation, engagement model, process and solution enablement plan and employee engagement and change managementExemplify best-in-class project management organization and capabilities, based on latest practices and techniques Qualifications:Experience in finance, technology, project and business management functions Familiarity with finance core processes/functions, operating models and a strong passion for FinTech and staying abreast of industry trendsStrong relationship and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior business, finance and IT executivesSound financial acumen, technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focusSignificant experience with various project management methodologies e.g., waterfall, agile etc. as well as implementation of supporting tools e.g., JIRA Able to distill widely variant feedback into root cause issues and provide actionable feedback to stakeholdersExcellent technical and business presentation, writing, and verbal communication skillsExceptional communication skills, with excellent presentation, preparation, and delivery skillsResults-oriented, self-directed, and well organized with an ability to execute on multiple projects at the same timeVacancy caducado!
