Job Description
Complete maintenance work orders for large apartment complexes
Troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
Perform HVAC work including compressors, filters, and refrigerant
Troubleshoot and install residential electrical systems
Handle paint, drywall, and lighting fixtures
Hard Skills
