The Facilities & Grounds Manager will provide day to day leadership and oversight of our campus facilities and facilities maintenance team. The Facilities & Grounds Manager ensures we have a beautiful, vibrant, safe, and compliant campus with respect to all of our facilities and schools.The Facilities & Grounds Manager would make the day-to-day decisions for work orders and will schedule contractor work in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Facilities & Grounds. This would include meeting with vendors when they are on site, relaying pertinent information, completing tasks that require  a strong working knowledge of building construction, electrical and plumbing work, HVAC controls and repair related projects. The Facilities & Grounds Manager would report directly to the Sr. Director of Facilities & Grounds.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Facilities and Maintenance LeadershipSubmit all spending requests to the Sr. Director of Facilities and Grounds Maintain inventory of materials kept on hand for usageConduct regular walkthroughs of all campus facilities ensuring facilities are in good repair and safeEnsure all buildings are code compliant and up to date on inspections including:Comply with any and all OHSA regulations at all timesServe on call in the event of unforeseen facilities maintenance emergenciesManage various contractors, partners, and service providers with campus facilities project work
 Repairs and Building MaintenanceComplete basic campus and facilities repairs including (but not limited to): Drywall repairs and paintingPlumbing repairs and installationCarpentry repairs and installationMinor electrical repairsMinor concrete and asphalt patch repairsFencing and gate repairsAssemble furnitureChange lights and light fixturesManage and maintain tools and campus equipment
