Job Description:
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from conception through to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Event Coordinator, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and expectations.Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and other services.Handle event promotion and marketing materials.Oversee event setup, coordination during the event, and cleanup.Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after events.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue requirements.Maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders.
