Job Title: Construction SchedulerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to manage and coordinate various aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling RFI submissions, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing change orders, and monitoring project schedules. This role is essential to ensure the smooth progression of our projects and their successful completion.Responsibilities
Manage the creation and submission of RFI’s, and ensure that all RFI’s are integrated into the project documents.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the lifecycle of the project submittal process.
Support with the creation, submission, and management of change orders.
Capture the progress of our work by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite.
Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leaders.
Work closely with the team on delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite.
Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock.
Begin to develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leaders.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel.
Prior scheduling experience is a plus.
Comfortable with visiting job sites.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
An associate degree in construction management or relative experience in place of a degree.
Work EnvironmentThis position will be a mix of in-office and work site visits. The company predominantly works on data center projects, which will continue to be in high demand throughout the country. The work environment offers stability and diversification of projects, including data centers, healthcare, commercial, and sports facilities.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
