Description We are on the lookout for an E-Commerce Manager to join our team in COLUMBUS, Ohio, 43219, United States. The primary responsibilities of this role will include managing our Amazon marketplace, optimizing campaigns, and implementing e-commerce strategies. The successful candidate will be expected to have a deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, particularly with Amazon, and the ability to drive sales and brand awareness.Responsibilities: Manage our presence on the Amazon marketplace, ensuring the brand is well represented. Implement and manage strategies to boost our brand awareness and increase sales. Oversee the design and content management of our e-commerce platforms. Leverage CRM and Database tools to target and retain customers. Plan and execute campaigns, optimizing them for the best results. Work with the sales team to drive B2B sales. Utilize your knowledge of EO/IR systems to enhance our e-commerce application. Use PPC strategies to increase traffic to our e-commerce platforms. Continually monitor and report on the performance of our e-commerce strategies. Handle any customer inquiries or issues related to the e-commerce platform. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager with Amazon or in a similar role. Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and CRM. Familiarity with expansion into international markets. Proven experience in increasing brand awareness. Prior experience in campaign planning and implementation. Strong design skills, particularly with regard to e-Commerce applications. Demonstrable ability to implement strategies. Experience with Amazon Marketplace is a must. Knowledge of PPC and B2B sales. Experience in developing and managing e-Commerce applications. Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
