This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects while fostering strong leadership, managing project teams, and maintaining a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and fiscal responsibility. The role requires extensive expertise in solar construction, project management, safety, and talent development.What You Provide Us
Lead the team in delivering high-quality solar projects that adhere to engineering standards and company specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Anticipate client needs and deliver results on time and within budget.
Utilize project management tools to ensure adherence to schedules and timelines, proactively addressing potential delays to ensure timely project delivery.
Continuously improve operational efficiency to maintain a competitive edge by implementing processes that reduce operational risks and costs while maximizing revenue.
Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial health, monitoring project performance and providing accurate forecasts to ensure profitability and positive cash flow.
Strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to interpret financial data to make informed decisions that support project success and contribute to the company's overall financial health.
Establish and uphold a safety-first culture, ensuring the health and welfare of employees remain the top priority.

Requirements
10+ years of construction and EPC solar construction experience.
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Proven experience leading teams and managing construction projects from inception through completion.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on relationship-building and effective communication.
Proficiency in project management systems and processes.
Ability to travel extensively and manage projects across multiple locations.
