Let us be the best place you'll ever work.A Brief OverviewThe Director, Conversion is responsible for driving growth by optimizing conversion rates and implementing strategic initiatives. They will lead key strategic initiatives, monitor and report on conversion performance using data to develop and influence actionable insights and recommendations. They are curious, analytical, and detail oriented, digging deep in to conversion performance to identify areas of opportunity and quantify potential solutions.What you will doDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of conversion program to develop and drive alignment of roadmap to strategic business objectivesMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of conversion strategies.Interpret and present data insights such as trends, risks, and opportunities to share with Segment and Channel leaders, influencing informed-decision making and driving alignment.Conduct root cause analyses to understand, address and drive resolution of high-impact, complex issues that affect conversion performance and create actionable plans for improvement.Drives results through others by leading and partnering with teams across the organization to create and execute strategies aimed at improving conversion rates across channels.Performs other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.What you will needBachelor's Degree Preferred7-9 years relevant experienceProven track record of successfully improving conversion rates and driving growth across multiple channels. (High proficiency)Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools such as Snowflake and Tableau. (High proficiency)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all level of an organization (High proficiency)Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. (High proficiency)Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other CRO methodologies. (High proficiency)Data-Driven Storytelling: Strong ability to integrate data and analytics into narratives to support key messages and drive decision-making. Translates complex data into accessible and compelling stories that highlight insights and trends. (High proficiency)Strategic Mindset – Provides innovative and creative communication solutions that deliver on the goals of the business. Identifies ways to drive communication priorities to targeted audiences resulting in measurable outcomes. (High proficiency)Ability to influence and drive results among senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.
