Let us be the best place you'll ever work.A Brief OverviewThe Digital Product Manager is responsible for creating an engine of insight & optimization that results in a roadmap of features that improve our customer experience. They lead a cross functional team of experts to design, build and measure features to our sites.This product manager will be responsible for optimization and operation of Safelite's Digital products. They are responsible and accountable for the product from conception to execution to delivery and maintenance.What you will doConducts user-acceptance testing and utilizes AB testing framework to improve the customer experience on Safelite's digital products.Monitor, evaluate and report on the day to day health of Safelite's digital products.Define and drive product strategy to build best-in-class digital products. Create and manage product roadmap through interaction with cross-functional teams and a thorough understanding of customer needs by conducting research, data analysis and customer interviews.Builds relationships and collaborates with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on product development and prioritization.Identifies and resolves issues to ensure the final product meets the business need, delivers maximum value and delights end users.Refine ambiguous questions by conducting analysis and generate new hypotheses about the product through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business .Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience RequiredSalesforce Certification PreferredProduct Owner Certification PreferredExperience Qualifications4-6 years relevant experience Requiredexperience in digital product management or similar role PreferredSkills and AbilitiesStrong analytical and organizational skills (High proficiency)Strong interpersonal communication skills(High proficiency)Information seeker with curious mindset (High proficiency)Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, Excel (Medium proficiency)Comfortable in Google Analytics(High proficiency)Experience with Quantum Metric (High proficiency)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment, including the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing requirements (High proficiency)Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
