The Data Analytics and Reporting (DART) - Performance Analytics team's mission is to support the Consumer and Community Banking ( CCB) Performance Excellence program by providing high-quality dashboards & insights that executive leadership will use to monitor KPIs, steer the business, and make investment decisions. This team will constantly balance the need for speed with the importance of providing accurate results, to enable leadership to make informed decisions with agility & precision.As a Senior Quantitative Analytics Associate II in Data Analytics & Visualization , you will be responsible for gathering requirements from business partners, determining the best way to "tell the story" with data, and building dashboards, adhoc reporting, and presentations as appropriate. We deliver high-quality dashboards to a wide range of audiences across the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB). Data is usually related to call center and scorecard metrics, but may also venture into smaller areas of CCB as well.Job responsibilities:

Knowledge of Financial Services, and be able to think about how the business operates at an executive level

Be able to take a vaguely-defined concept and develop analytical approaches that bring clarity and answers to an executives high-level questions

Possess strong documentation and organizational skills

Be fluent in Tableau Desktop and be able to build compelling dashboard visualizations with accurate and precise storytelling

Strong understanding in best practices data visualization concepts with demonstrated ability to select and implement most impactful visualization of data for providing actionable insights

Design and implement user-friendly and dynamic user interface and dashboards in Tableau Desktop

Contain extensive expertise and experience in visual, interaction and user interface design

Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Work effectively across functions and levels; comfort collaborating with teammates in a virtual environment

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Contribute to productive teamwork and a team that is committed to sharing information.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree and 6 plus years in a quantitative discipline (ex. Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field of study) equivalent experience

Experience with Alteryx Designer

Proficient in SQL; ability to write queries optimally and familiarity with complex functions

Proficient with Tableau; knowledge of best practices within data visualization and user experience

Strong problem solving and decision making skills

Strong communication and presentation skills - written and oral

Lead, multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple ad-hoc analytical requests and prioritize work accordingly

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Tableau Desktop Certified Associate certification would be greatly preferred

Alteryx Core Certification a plus
