Job DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for leading and executing Molina Healthcare’s national community reinvestment strategy, programs, and partnerships created to improve the health and well-being of disadvantaged populations With expertise in strategic corporate philanthropy and partnership management, this leader uses innovative approaches to enhance brand reputation and business growth in alignment with Molina’s mission.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Leads a smaller portfolio of MolinaCares Accord (Accord) grants, ensuring eligibility of the proposed recipient as a 501 (c) (3) and appropriate tax status. Reviews requests, coordinates with Legal and Marketing as needed, oversees contract administration, establishes metrics to measure value, and collects outcomes reports.
Manages third party vendor responsible for identifying key stakeholders and public affairs strategies to establish Molina’s presence and brand recognition for entry into a new market.
Supports strategic public affairs efforts for business development activities across enterprise coordinating and aligning activities among relevant MHI teams across the enterprise, plans and vendors.
Supports data and outcomes collection and analysis for grants and community partnerships
Develops training and educational materials for State Chapters on the Foundation and grant requirements
Develops presentations and talking points for external presentations; develops and reviews collateral (i.e. videos, ads, visuals, handouts) in coordination with brand and design team
Manages and coordinates the development and execution of virtual panels for the MolinaCares Accords
Trains community engagement and growth teams on presentation requirements regarding the Accord and elevates story telling.
Coordinates with the health plans, business development and the External Communications team on the promotion of Accord activities
Experience supporting business development activities or community partnerships
Job QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceREQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
5+ in experience in corporate social responsibility, community affairs, public affairs, or corporate philanthropy
Experience with managing a budget and/or project management experience.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Managed CarePHYSICAL DEMANDS:Working environment is generally favorable and lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Must have the ability to sit for long periods.
