Let us be the best place you'll ever work.A Brief OverviewThis position will assist in overseeing and managing the accounts payable function. This role will be responsible for vendor maintenance approvals and set up.What you will doProcesses approvals for 3rd Party Vendor Disbursements approvals & vendor setupPerform vendor ACH bank account validation for setup and/or changesCollaborate with offshored managed provider to resolve escalated vendor maintenance questions. Build good working relationships with provider and act as main point of contact for certain issuesPhysical receipt of mail/scanning (as needed)Process requests submitted through tech reimbursement program for approvalAct as audit liaison between Safelite and 3rd party managed providers/customersCoordinator for CRB file failure and Non-PCI compliant processesUrgent Check printing/mailingTroubleshoot and resolve escalated Concur issuesPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsHigh School Diploma RequiredExperience Qualifications1-3 years RequiredSkills and AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and thoroughStrong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skillsKnowledge of basic accounting protocolsKnowledge and understanding of internal controls.Team player with a positive attitudeOur people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
