Our corporate teams are an essential part of our company, ensuring that we're setting our businesses, clients, customers and employees up for success.As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate - Tableau & Alteryx Developer on the Firmwide Human Resources Planning & Analysis reporting & analytics team at JPMorgan Chase, you will build and maintain a wide variety of analytical reports and dashboards to identify insights, develop transformation opportunities across the organization for managing headcount, financials and strategic decisions. You will interact and collaborate with Senior Leaders and their respective organizations, key partners across functions including Transformation, Data Science, Technology and Business colleagues.Job Responsibilities

Develop, design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports

Analyze business requirements, designing, building, testing, and producing executive and operational reporting to support management decisions

Collaborate with firmwide and function teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations, performing ad-hoc analysis to meet the needs of stakeholders leveraging various data sources

Optimize Tableau workbooks and dashboards for performance and usability

Identify and integrate various data sources and ensure data consistency and accuracy

Conduct data analysis to support business needs and identify trends and insights

Utilize Databricks, Alteryx for data processing and management, integrating it with Tableau

Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL and python

Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions

Build and maintain key relationships across business stakeholders (e.g., project managers, business users, subject matter experts), and operations and technology partners

Prepare and distribute data driven communications, profitability presentations, and business analyses with accuracy and adherence to JPMC brand style guidelines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or an equivalent combination of education and/or business experience.

5+ years of experience in financial services, business analytics, project management, or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in Tableau, with a strong portfolio of dashboards and visualization projects.

Strong SQL skills and experience with data integration from multiple sources.

Proficiency in python for data analysis and automation.

Experience in Databricks for data processing and management.

Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets and identify targeted, crisp messages- Competence to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts across all levels

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Tableau Certification

Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Agile delivery

Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

Python or another programming language in a work-related capacity

A self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with Qlik Sense, Tableau, Python and Alteryx
