Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Columbus, Indiana. This position will be instrumental in providing administrative support to the Leave & Accommodation Management Team in our telecom provider company.Responsibilities: Manage the production and distribution of correspondence through various channels including fax, email, Workday (HRIS), and US Mail. Assist in the production of reports as required. Oversee and maintain the inventory of office supplies. Create and maintain electronic files efficiently. Monitor administrative department email accounts and fax. Sort and distribute incoming department mail. Provide assistance in various projects as required. Attend team meetings to stay updated and provide necessary input. Undertake any other duties as assigned.This role requires skills in Leave of Absence, Absence Management, Liaison, Employee Relations, FMLA, Administrative Assistance, Assure Compliance, Audit Reports, Manage Vendor Relationships. Requirements Experience in providing administrative assistance is essential Must possess knowledge in absence management including leave of absence and FMLA Proficiency in acting as a liaison and managing vendor relationships is required Strong skills in employee relations are necessary Must have the ability to assure compliance and audit reports Proficiency in using office software including MS Office Suite and email is necessary Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively is needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree is preferred Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
