Lincoln is seeking a highly qualified Construction Project Manager to partner with our pre-construction team and oversee all day-to-day aspects of projects during the construction phases along with building and maintaining repeat client relationships in the following private sectors: Higher Ed, Religious, Industrial, Retail, Medical and Office.
Qualifications:
Engineering and/or Construction Management degree (state certification not required)
OR 10+ years of management experience with strong field experience.
Minimum 8 years field experience managing the development and construction of projects.
Previous experience with a commercial Construction Manager or general contractor is preferred.
Experience on projects over $5 million in size and complexity.
Excels in working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other industry leaders in a professional manner.
Previous experience with checking progress drawings, running meetings, and pushing the process to meet deadlines.
Extensive experience developing value engineering and constructability analysis.
