DarPro Solutions is seeking a dedicated Director of Indoor Tank Programs to join their close-knit team in Marengo, OH. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations of DarPro Storage Solutions which manufactures indoor collection tanks that capture used cooking oil in restaurants and other commercial facilities.
If you have at least 10 years of manufacturing management experience and welding/fabrication/assembly experience, we want to hear from you! A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Industry specific experience not required, DarPro is happy to train you on the ins and outs of their business!

Essential duties/responsibilities:

Manages and coordinates the activities of all personnel, property, plant equipment, and fleet engaged in the acquisition and processing of raw material and storage and distribution of finished goods.
Ensures facility compliance with Corporate policies, procedures, and objectives.
Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget; reviews monthly expenditures.
Approves accounts payables ensuring all Corporate accounting procedures all followed.
Recruits and hires plant and administrative personnel; monitors plant workload and staffs appropriately.
Establishes and maintains appropriate wage rates for personnel subject to Corporate approval.
Responsible for ensuring that all employees receive the proper training.
Monitors relationships with suppliers; resolves issues when necessary; continuously monitors geographic area for new suppliers.
Manages safety program and is ultimately responsible for plant safety; maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
