Accountant Entry Level
A growing trucking company is seeking an experienced Data Entry person to join the organization. The individual must be self motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
Filing
Entry of Daily Tickets
Invoices to Customers
Daily Mailing of Bills
Answering of Daily Phone Calls
Verification of Insurance and Certifications Expiration's
Requirements:
The candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping. The individual must be an experienced QuickBooks Pro user and have experience maintaining filing systems. Knowledge and/or experience of the trucking industry is a plus. Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED.
This opportunity is located in Central Ohio.
