Description We are in search of a meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our team in COLDWATER, Ohio, 45828-8733, United States. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Working closely with our accounting team, you will assist in account reconciliation, data entry, and other finance-related tasks. This role offers a contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry.Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records. Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively. Conduct regular billing and data entry tasks. Manage bank reconciliations to keep financial records organized. Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks to perform job duties efficiently.
