$35.00 - $40.00 Per hour for project managers who can perform all trades proficiently, quickly, and at a professional level. Must be able to manage a job site and workers on a professional level. Furthermore, must have general mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
