Leafstone Landscapes, a leading provider of high-quality landscaping services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to oversee our team of landscapers. This hands-on supervisory role involves leading a team to ensure top-notch service and complete customer satisfaction. As a Landscape Enhancements Crew Leader, you will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence and our commitment to sustainable practices.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of 2-3 landscapers at residential and commercial properties.
Perform and oversee landscaping tasks such as: Mulching, Bed Edging, Planting, Pruning & Trimming, Etc.
Ensure team members work efficiently and adhere to all safety protocols.
Maintain equipment in optimal condition and report any issues promptly.
Provide training, support, and feedback to team members to enhance performance.
Communicate effectively with customers on-site regarding service needs or concerns.
Adhere to route schedules and service checklists as per customer agreements.
Monitor job costs and productivity levels to ensure efficiency.
Assist in equipment maintenance and shop duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a crew leader or supervisor in lawn care/landscaping.
Proficient in pruning, planting, and mulching.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of landscaping best practices.
Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
Compensation:
Competitive pay starting at $22/hr, with weekly pay periods. Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.
