Self-starter, able to function without direct super vision with good attention to detail. Some knowledge of plumbing and electrical necessary. Will communicate with tenants when necessary.
Must be bondable and have transportation. We provide mobile phone reimbursement and paid vacation after year of service. Overtime is possible if necessary.
