We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves working across all phases of construction, from site preparation to final touches. The ideal candidate will be reliable, honest, and skilled, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Perform tasks across all phases of construction, including site preparation, material handling, framing , Sheetrock installation, tape and spackle, finishing trim, light electric and plumbing, and more…
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, plumbers, carpenters) as needed.
Follow blueprints and instructions to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project success.
Requirements:
PROVEN EXPERIENCE in construction or related fields.
Must own a FULL SET of tools suitable for construction work.
Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites throughout the Cleveland, Ohio area.
Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Ability to read blueprints or technical diagrams.
Experience operating heavy machinery or specialized tools.
